The ABB TU830V1 is an I/O MTU (Measurement and Transfer Unit) for the ABB Ability System 800xA distributed control system (DCS). It is an extended version of the standard TU830, with additional features such as:

- Up to 16 I/O channels, compared to 8 for the standard TU830
- Two process voltage connections, allowing for direct measurement of voltage without the need for an external power supply
- Support for a wider range of I/O modules
The TU830V1 is used to connect field devices, such as sensors and actuators, to the System 800xA DCS. It can be used in a variety of applications, including:
