Description
The ABB YM110001-SD is a signal processing board, also known as the PFVK 104, used in ABB’s tension measurement systems.
It works in conjunction with other components like tension electronics (PFEA113), load cells and junction boxes to monitor and control web tension in various manufacturing processes that utilize rolled materials like paper, plastic or textile.
- Supplies power to up to four load cells
- Has six configurable analog outputs for controlling and monitoring web tension
- Profibus-DP communication capabilities
- Gain scheduling and zero set functions via digital input or Profibus
- Self-diagnostic function with four configurable digital outputs for alarms and level detection
- Multi-language digital display and configuration keys
