Description

The Bently Nevada 330752-25 is a proximity probe velocity sensor designed for use with the 3300 XL Proximity Transducer System. It is a non-contact sensor that measures the velocity of a rotating shaft by measuring the change in capacitance between the probe tip and the shaft. The sensor is designed to survive the harshest steam turbine environments and is made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), which is a high-temperature, high-performance thermoplastic.

The 330752-25 has an 8mm probe tip and a sensitivity of 5.7 mV/mm/s. It has a frequency response of 15 Hz to 2000 Hz and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +250°C. The sensor is also available with a 12mm probe tip (part number 330752-26) and a 20mm probe tip (part number 330752-27).
