The GE DS200IIBDG1A is an Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) gate driver card. It is part of the Mark V series of IGBT gate driver cards from GE. The DS200IIBDG1A is designed to drive IGBTs with a maximum voltage rating of 600V. It has a maximum current rating of 15A. The DS200IIBDG1A has nine LED indicators, which provide information about the board’s status. The LEDs can be seen from inside the circuit board cabinet. When lit, the LEDs are red.
