The GE DS200TCEBG1BAA is a Protective Termination Expander Board designed for the Mark V LM Series of GE Speedtronic Control Systems.
It’s a crucial component that scales and conditions various signals, including those from PTs, CTs, and flame detectors.
Key Functions:
1. Signal Scaling: Scales PT and CT signals for the TCCB board.
2. Signal Conditioning: Conditions signals for the TCEA boards.
3. Power Supply: Provides conditioned 335V DC power to flame detectors.
4. Alarm Horn: Houses the alarm horn for the Mark V LM system.
Connectors:
1. JKX/Y/Z: Carries emergency overspeed and flame detection signals to TCEA boards.
2. JMP: Carries PT and CT signals to the TCCB board.
3. JU: Carries magnetic pickup and flame-detect signals from the PTBA terminal board.
4. JV: Carries PT and CT signals from the PTBA terminal board.
5. JVA: Carries 335V DC to the PTBA terminal board for UV flame detectors.
6. JWX/Y/Z: Carries 335V DC from the TCEA board and conditions it before sending it to the PTBA terminal board via JVA.
