Description
The GE IS200JPDFG1ACC module is a single-phase, 200A, 120/240VAC input, 200A, 480VAC output power factor correction (PFC) module. It is designed to provide high-efficiency power factor correction for a variety of applications, including motor drives, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and uninterruptible power supplies (UPSs).
The module is based on a boost PFC topology that uses a high-frequency transformer to step up the input voltage and provide isolation between the input and output. The module also includes a PWM controller, a gate driver, and a power MOSFET.
