The GE IS200TREGH1BDC is an emergency trip termination board used in the GE Mark VI Speedtronic system, specifically the Mark VI IS200 Speedtronic Series.
- Emergency Shutdown: This board is a critical component of the turbine’s safety system. It initiates a rapid shutdown of the gas turbine in case of a critical issue.
- Trip Signals: It receives trip signals from various sensors within the turbine that detect problems like excessive vibrations, high temperatures, or flame loss.
- Relay Activation: Upon receiving a trip signal, the board activates twelve relays arranged in two rows of six. These relays then cut off the fuel supply and initiate other shutdown procedures.
