Description
The GE IS200TRPAH2AFD is a Turbine Primary Trip Terminal Board (PTTB) within the Mark VIe control system for aeroderivative turbines.
- Interfaces with the PTUR turbine I/O packs or the TTUR terminal board in the Mark VIe system.
- Monitors turbine speed using inputs from passive pulse rate devices (typically connected to a toothed wheel).
- Provides trip signals to the main breaker coil in response to pre-defined conditions or faults detected in the turbine operation.
- Offers voltage detection circuits to monitor the trip string for abnormalities.
- Includes a dedicated fail-safe ESTOP (Emergency Stop) input for immediate shutdown in critical situations.
