The IS215UCVDH5A TCU is based on the AMD K6 processor, which is a 300 MHz RISC processor. The TCU has 16 MB of DRAM and 8 MB of flash memory. The TCU uses the QNX operating system, which is a real-time operating system (RTOS) that is designed for high-performance, mission-critical applications.
