Description
The General Electric DS200CDBAG1BDB Contactor Driver Board, also abbreviated as CDBA, is part of the Mark V series turbine control systems built by GE.
- Function: Opens and closes contactors based on signals from the Power Supply Board (DCFB) or the Power Supply and Instrumentation Board (SDCI)
- Contactor Actuation:
- Supplies a strong 105VDC pulse lasting 250 milliseconds to firmly close the contactor
- Maintains a set current level to keep the contactor closed during operation. This current is adjustable using a potentiometer (RV1) on the board
