Description
The GE IS220PVIBH1A Vibration Monitor (PVIB) pack is an I/O pack that connects one or two I/O Ethernet networks to the TVBA vibration terminal board electrically. It is used to collect and read proximity and vibration information from multiple sensor types, including:
- Velomitors
- Seismic sensors
- Proximitors
- Accelerometers
The PVIB pack has 13 channels, and each channel can be configured to support a different type of sensor. The channels are also software-configurable for different frame rates (3.125, 6.25, 12.5, 25, 50, and 100 Hz).
The PVIB pack includes the following features:
- 13 channels for proximity and vibration sensors
- Software-configurable frame rates
- DAC (digital analog converter) for bias adjustment
- Processor application code for logic functions
