The TRICONEX TRICON 4108 Communication Module, also known as the Enhanced Intelligent Communication Module (EICM), is a communication interface card used in TRICONEX safety instrumented systems.
- Supports serial communication protocols like RS-232 and RS-422
- Communicates with external devices at speeds up to 19.2 kilobaud (Kbaud)
- Provides four serial ports for interfacing with Modbus masters, slaves, or both, or with TRISTATION systems
