The ZYGO 4104C is a measurement electronics board that is part of the ZMI™ series of Displacement Measuring Interferometers (DMI) from Zygo Corporation.
The 4104C board is a 6U VME board that provides two axes of measurement with a resolution of 0.15 nm. It can be used in a variety of applications that require high-precision position measurement, such as:
